Through more than 20 years of experience, Monica Vidal has developed her own ways to help individuals reconnect with their essence to find long-lasting life balance. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil and now based in the U.S., she brings a culturally rich approach to creative healing and emotional well-being. As an MA in Happiness Studies, Monica explores how societal expectations shape mental health. Her talk “Are We Happy Yet?” reflects her passion for empowering individuals to break free from external pressures and define happiness for themselves.
